Africa here we come

My younger brother Joey got his mission call on Thursday. He is going to the Mozambique /Angola mission in southern Africa. Joey gets to learn Portuguese seeing that both countries were Portuguese ruled until the 1970's. He leave on May 26th. We are so exited for him.

CHRISTMAS

Christmas was a great success. The girls made out with cameras, shoes, clothes and more. The whole family ended up with Lagoon season pass that we are so exited to go and use this summer.

christmas choir program

Brytnee at the first of the year signed up for choir with the school. It met two days a week before school started up till December. This is the Christmas recital that the choir put on for the parents. They did a very good job for such a small group of kids.

The crash

The first of December started out with a bang well more like a very big crash. Jake and I were laying in bed just about a sleep when we hear a loud boom and the house shook really bad thinking that something had just blown up we were going to go back to sleep until two seconds later we hear the blare of a car horn. jake looks out the wind and a truck had just crashed into the corner of our house. Jake runs out the door as i call 911 to see if the driver is ok. The driver was ok just shook up ends up that the driver fell asleep.
